Refunds and exchanges are not offered for change of mind, please choose wisely. 
Please Keep in Mind
If your print is damaged during removal from the packaging or due to negligent handling, this is not considered a faulty item. Please remove and handle with care.
Incorrect or Faulty Item

The replacement print will be delivered for free!

How soon should I report an issue?

Issues must be reported within 48hrs of package receival.

Will I need to post the print back to your studio?

I may ask you to return the print though this is not always necessary. If deemed necessary, you will receive a refund for the delivery cost of returning the print.

How to report an issue

Head to the Contact page on this website to report an issue. Alternatively, you can email: byjacquelinelaw@gmail.com

Please include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Delivery address for the replacement print
  • Issue with the print
  • Attach an image/s of the issue (Required)

Once I have replied to your email, please follow the instructions below labelled 'How to return a faulty or incorrect item' if I ask you to return the print (you may not need to return the print).

How to return a faulty or incorrect item

I take great care and pride in my work. To date, this policy hasn't been necessary.

Please read all instructions carefully.

Return delivery must be initiated with a courier company within 5 working days.

All prints remain the property of the buyer until they've arrived safely at my studio. If the print arrives damaged as a direct result of poor re-packing or negligent handling conducted by the customer, you unfortunately won't receive a replacement print or refund for the original print and delivery costs. Please follow all steps with care to ensure the most pleasant return experience.

  1. Follow the instructions above labelled 'How to report an issue'
  2. Place all original protective materials over the print.
  3. Carefully repackage the print inside its original packaging and securely seal with tape.
  4. Hide or destroy all visible delivery labels and stickers to prevent the print becoming lost in transit.
  5. Head to your courier.
  6. Ask for delivery with a tracking number and keep your receipt.
    (I may ask you to purchase delivery insurance. Costs associated with return delivery will be refunded to you. You must have a receipt to receive a refund for the return delivery costs.)
  7. Open our 'report an issue' email thread and attach an image of the postage receipt (and insurance receipt, if purchased). Please include the tracking number and name of the courier company in the email.


Once all steps are followed correctly and the print arrives safely at my studio, you'll receive a full refund for the delivery/insurance cost. Your replacement print can now be sent to you.

Due to variances in currency exchange the refund dollar value may differ slightly. Please contact me via our 'report an issue' email thread if you have any concerns.
