Delivery Cost
Free delivery for all domestic and international orders.

Prints are made to order
All prints are made-to-order then delivered; you’ll receive a tracking number when your print is in transit.
Your order may arrive in separate parcels
This is due to the size and shape of some prints; be on the lookout for multiple tracking numbers.

Delivery times are difficult to predict, the following are estimates.
Archival Paper

Not available for international delivery at this time. International delivery will become available in the future.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Every order is tracked. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel once it's in transit. Tracking numbers cannot be supplied before they are in transit.
Can I deliver to a PO box?
No, PO boxes aren't accepted as delivery addresses.
I won't be home to accept delivery
Your parcel will be sent to your nearest collection point. A current Drivers License or valid ID is required for collection.
Failure to collect a parcel within the collection time frame
Will result in the parcel being returned to the studio. In which case, it’s the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for delivery back to the same address.
Jacqueline Law will not be held liable for any costs involved in the reshipment of any parcel. Refunds are not available if you fail to collect or reship your item.
International Customs and Duty Taxes
For advice, please contact your local customs office.
We cannot provide information regarding your countries border security laws, custom or duty taxes. We are required by law to disclose the full AUD dollar value; this value cannot be altered.
Jacqueline Law will not be held financially responsible for any custom or duty taxes on your order. If an order is refused entry, by no fault of the store, Jacqueline Law is not financially responsibility for additional delivery costs.
